Can I cancel my existing Freedom mobile & start a new less expensive plan which offers a promo

Hi Scott. Unfortunately, I can't find any info on this. Have you tried contacting them? I suggest you do, maybe they can just switch you over to the plan you want and avail the promo. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!
