Why is camera on ZTE ZMAX Pro disabled?
When I try to open camera app is tall me that camera us,disabled due to security issues or being used by another app...unable to fix this, any ideas?

My husband did a factory reset....still no working camera....We're going to send it back to the company and pay for a repair.
Try to uninstall all the apps that uses the camera, each time you uninstall one, test the camera. Let us know what you find.
They did try that solution at the T-Mobile store, unfortunately it didn't help. Thanks though.
Did you recently install any app that uses the camera? Try to uninstall it and then test if camera works again.
