Why does my Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) blue flicker when texting while on another app?
So when I'm on another app and I get a text from someone I can reply without going to the messaging app and when I start texting I get blue flicker and it's really annoying. How do I fix this?

Looks like a buggy app. Can you tell me which text message app you are using? I'd like to try too. For the mean time, I suggest that you use a different text messaging app.
