Which carrier has better coverage in Mission and Chilliwack?

I live in vancouver and do work in mission and chilliwack. Can anybody advise me if it is going to work out there. A bell dealer told me that it might be better than telus out there. I know that telus works great out there. Please, help anyone

Bell does use telus towers mostly, they do have some of there own. They are going to major step up the service due to the Olympics.

Bell has brutal customer service which is matched only by the fact that they piggy back on an other carriers towers and bill youlate for the priviledge.

I suppose that Bell network will be even better in BC in the near future since they are the major sponsor of the 2010 Olympic Winter games.

between bell and Telus reception will be the same as telus share their network to bell over there (in change of bell sharing their networks on the east die)."

This is no longer true. Bell operates their own 1xCDMA1900 SID16420 network in the GVRD. However, once you leave the GVRD/CRD (Greater Vancouver Regional District / Capital Regional District), you'll be roaming on Telus' 1xCDMA800 SID16422 network.

Bell works great no matter which network you're using, so if they offer you a good deal, go for it. :)

I just had my 3 yr anniversary with Telus.
Checked out Bell, who includes the monthly service charge and 9-1-1 fee in their All-in-One plans.
Telus offerred to give me free call display and voice mail -- they weren't allowed to waive the other fees.
In addition as a returning customer they offered me a 200 discount on a new phone (1st timers get up to 150 off with a 3 year plan). If I didn't want a new phone, they offered me an additional 50 daytime minutes per month.
Also---apparently the cell companies OWN your number. If you switch you currently can't take your number with you.

So what u wanna look for now that we solved the reception prob is the pricing and conditions...

On bell now the network and 911 fees are included (total of 7.20$) in the monthly pricing. Also the cancellation fees on contract and if u can put ur line in temporary suspension in case u decide to cut the service...

in other words, bell all the way baby!

I am still waiting for anyone to respond
