Hmm... Tablet doesn't power on or stuck on boot? If it doesn't power up, try using a different charging cable, charging adapter, wall socket, and USB port. Tablet probably just ran out of power and can't charge due to a bad charger. If it's stuck on boot, I'm afraid your tablet is in boot loop. Also, if you have SD card inserted, remove it and try turning it on if it changes anything.
