Are people overall happy now with public?
Considering switching due to the great price, no contract and amount of data per cost. Concerned over the CS lacking in this company. What are people finding now in december of 2019? Are there alternatives with no contract, excellent coverage and decent pricing?

I just signed up with Public Mobile a month ago and am very happy so far. It's on the Telus network (since Telus owns PM now) so reception is expansive and good. It's cheap, easy to set up, and suitable for someone who prefers to deal with things online than waiting on hold on a customer service line.
