Why won't Alcatel one touch respond to answer calls?
The phone will never ever respond to touch to answer calls. Soon as call goes to vmail, i can return the call just fine

Hi Shaun. If call goes automatically to voicemail, please contact your carrier to reset the setup of your voicemail. Don't forget to tell them what happens when you receive a call.
