Why don't alarm always work on my XOLO Era 1X?
I have purchased a new XOLO era 1x, having Andoid 6.0 as Operating system. I found one issue in it's alarm system. I set alarm at 6 AM in morning but sometimes it's either hit or miss. When I searched this issue on internet I found that there is issue in Marshmallow itself but google has provided Android 6.0.1 with bug fixing. But I am not able to update my phone to Android 6.0.1. On click of Check for update it gives message that your system is up to date. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

When ever i keep the alarm clock application open and then set the alarm it beeps otherwise if I close the application it does not beep..
What should i do????
Hi Nitesh. I also have hard times waking up on alarm, not that mine misses. What I may suggest is that you set multiple alarm times, a countdown timer, and/or use a 3rd party alarm clock with puzzles/questionnaires before being able to dismiss. These helped me a lot and I hope it does help you too. As for the software of your phone, you will have to wait for an update to fix that.
