how do you put videos and movies on the phone LG 535????

As i said in another post. COpy some movies, videos, cartoons on to your Phone and watch tv on it!!! its amazing. Its all i've been doing lately. Family Guy and the Simpsons on my phone now.

Get the Nokia Multimedia converter to make 3G2 files from Mpegs.

AMAZING Quality!!!

any ideas for how to get mp3 ringtones on there yet??

and as for that trick with the changing the name of the mp3 to one of the ringtones and making it 30seconds, what format should the 30sec (or less) audio file be? mp3?

With your 256sd chip I believe you have to downlaod what you want on to your phone and then save it to your chip. Then it should save on to your card. You'll find that even if you take the chip and put into a digital camera or any device you can use a sd card with it will save the pictures etc. but you can't view them of your phone, only in the device that you took the picture with.

You have to create folders for your media. I believe they are as follows.

mp3/
AUDIO/
VIDEO/

I think there's also option on your phone to format the MiniSD Card to automatically create those directories.. but i'm not positive.

In regards to ringtone/mp3's.. I don't have a datacable yet, but I heard that if you change your mp3's to the same name as a ringtone and limit it to 30seconds, you are able to.. but I haven't tested it yet. There is something on one of these forums somewhere on it. Now.. if only there were stereo headphones or something for this system.. hmm..

i had the same problem, if you creat an mp3 folder and then save everything it will work. but any one know if you can set the mp3's as your ringtone?

Hey, had that problem with MP3's already. The file name is charater sensitive and cannot have any symbols etc in the file name or it will be initialised on the Mini-SD. If you are already at that point with your phone make sure that you re-format your Mini SD internally in your PC before re-saving anything on your card. Good luck, I had to trade my first one three days ago and this new one has been working well since then. Good luck. . . :)
