Why does screen of Pantech Vybe cut off when making calls?
Just recently my phone screen blacks out when on a call and doesn't allow me to hang up or use number pad.

Hi there! It is because of the proximity sensor. If you check on the left of the ear piece, that's the proximity sensor. When you're on a call, screen turns off when you put anything near the sensor, this is to avoid accidentally touching the screen when on a call.
