Why won't the ZTE Sonata let me change text message ringtone?
It just stays the cricket notification, tried changing it to a sound already on the phone then through a third party provider and it went back to the original.

Hi there. Try using a 3rd party messaging app and set it to default messaging app. Change the notification sound from there. Usually you can find it in the settings of the app.
