Why can't I type in Chinese in my Nokia Lumia 630?
I've already had the Chinese keyboard package, but every time I try to change from typing English to Chinese, the phone automatically turns off and turn on again. How can I type Chinese?

There's probably a problem with the installation of Chinese keyboard, try re-installing it to see if it still gets errors.
