Why wall my volume setting for my ringtone turn up and it's stuck on vibrate and when I go into settings under sound,when I click it it tells me unfortunately settings has stopped,I have only had this phone for 3 month's, have always had it in a hard case,with screen protector, well cared for I just don't understand..I have 2 Majesty's with issues but yet still returned to give "ZTE" the benefit of the doubt,and already having a serious problem,I can't hear my phone ring.PLEASE HELP ME...THANKS...TOM
