while using my phone today, I pressed the back button and the screen seemed to stall, went to black and I no longer have ability to see the screen. My green notification light is blinking but I can't turn the screen on or turn the phone off to "re-boot". any thoughts? I would remove the battery but that's way beyond my expertise! thanks.
