Yeah, you can. There is a disassembly video on Youtube that shows how to disassemble the Z812, which will allow you to remove the battery. Go look it up.

Sorry, you can't. You'll void the warranty if you force to remove it. I suggest taking the phone to an authorized service center if you want to maintain the warranty.
