Why won't Alcatel A392G ring or vibrate when getting calls?
My A392G phone is set to ring and vibrate yet often does neither when I am called....is there a setting I have overlooked? ....help!

When I go on my pixi tablet I can't ring no one so what is the point in having a phone book on here when u go to ring out one ring then go,s off this needs fixing by use now
My Alcatel one touch pixi 4 will not ring when we call it .
We only get voicemail
Go to Settings > Sound > and use sound profile General.
Try calling your phone if it makes a sound and vibrates.
