I have uncovered a kobo arc in work that was left behind by a previous member of staff, the device battery was completely flat and the power LED was showing 3 red flashes.
I charged it overnight, and have managed to get the device to turn on and display the KoboArc screen, however the animation that follows is slow, choppy and freezes, and the device will not go any farther.
I have done both a soft (reset button) and hard (hold power and +, then select the factory reset option) reset and the device still does the same.
Is there anything I can do with this device?
