How to get audible text alert on my Samsung S380C?
I do not get an audible text alert from my Samsung s380c. I've done everything the manual says (and the online tutorial) but the phone does not give alerts when a text message is received.

He's right. Take it back and get a different model. I'm taking mine back where I got it.. Not satisfied with mine at all. >:(
I read your answer on Tom Hoff's question, so I checked the Web for similar issues and all Samsung S380C users have the same problem. So why does the phone even have the option to set a ringtone but it has no use at all. Weird phone I must say. If you are able to, just get a new phone.
