If you encountered Safe Mode, one of your app has been installed improperly or is preventing the phone from loading normally.
- From your Kyocera homescreen, tap Menu and navigate to Manage apps.
- Look for your latest download app. - Open the app and force close or disable the app.
- Uninstall the app.
- Restart your Kyocera device and look if the safe mode is disable.
I factory reset my phone when it started in safe mode but its still in safe mode after I reset it. How do I get it off?
