Hi lorrie. First you need to have the correct MMS settings on your phone. If you're not sure you have the correct settings, contact your carrier and the customer rep should be able to assist you.

Once you have the settings, just open the Messaging app and click on the attachment icon. Choose a photo or video you want to send. When done, press the Send button as you usually would just like when you send a text message.
